Rules

1. No mature content, business/commercial, or sites promoting violence, etc.
2. No "profiles", like MySpace, Facebook, etc.
3. No "members only" sites that require registration.
4. Portfolio sites are accepted, however it cannot exist to sell services.
5. Fanlisting sites are accepted, including fanlisting collectives.
6. Your site must be decently designed, no excessive ads or pop ups.
7. Only 88x31 buttons are accepted in the rotation.
8. Please keep the button easily viewable at all times.
9. The "Sleepyeyed Exchange" credit image MUST stay in the code.
10. Please keep your site updated once in a while. Inactive sites will be deleted.
